We have all heard the saying "In-put Out-put". This is used in many variations of our lives.
Computers are the first things that come to mind, but what we are really saying is that what we put in to the brain of the computer is what we will get out.
The thoughts and emotions that are allowed to enter our human brain is also exactly what we can expect to get out.
If we constantly dwell on negative discolored reactions to life, we can know without a doubt that we are just multiplying the negative forces in our lives. We can be assured that every time we send out negative thoughts into our surroundings misery is headed our way.
When we greet a new day with vibrancy and determination to seek out the joy in the universe, we open ourselves up to happiness and an assurance of acceptance.
Every new morning is an opportunity to improve whatever we feel was lacking yesterday. let yesterday remain right where it is. We do not need to clutter up our beautiful new day with aggravations from yesterday. It is gone,leave it there and start today with a brand new attitude full of expectation of good things.
When we fill our brain with colorful happy thoughts for each new day, we open the door for good things to come our way. If we expect to encounter the good things in life, those are the things we will be most receptive to. We will be sending out vibes that attract the experiences we can receive our joy from.
So what if yesterday was a general pain, today certainly does not need to be. Start your day expecting good things.
